Birthday Cake

The request was for chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and strawberries. It turned out OK, I would definitely change the cream cheese to sugar ratio next time.



This had way to much sugar and not enough of that cream cheesy flavor. It was fun to do a cake with five layers, and yes that's why it's looking a little wobbly. The eyes are closed because I am a terrible photographer, but just look at Scrunch's sweet smile!
