
2 cups (or more) of diced Rhubarb in a greased cake pan
Now combine and mix:
1/2 cup of melted butter
1.5 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1.25 cups of milk
2 tsp baking powder
2.5 cups of flour
1 tsp of vanilla
pour batter over rhubarb
Mix together:
1.25 cup sugar
.25 tsp salt
2 tbl corn starch
and sprinkle over the batter.
Boil 1.25 cup of water and pour over the top of cake.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until batter is solid.
Yumm. I can almost taste it.
